MEASURES COVID19
We offer three apartment-type accommodations that have individual access and guests only share the garden or walkway area.
ACCOMMODATION:
- We use disinfectant products recommended by the Ministry of Health with a technical file where it explains its time of exposure and use. Steam machines for fabrics (sofas, curtains..etc)
- We ventilate the accommodation constantly
- We pay special attention to disinfect all those places and objects that are subject to manipulation (knobs, handles, taps .. etc)
- We have a laundry service so that we can wash our clothes at> 60ºC
- We will leave hydroalcoholic ice in each apartment
- We will remove any decoration that may be the focus of infection
- In the common areas we have installed a hydroalcoholic solution dispenser
- We will clean and disinfect common areas twice a day
- We will provide you with digital information on tourist services and resources
- There will be no toys to share in the garden shed
- For safety and tranquility you must respect the safety distances of two meters between the other guests and us
- If 2 families want to have a barbecue, we will organize shifts and clean up between them.
CHECK-IN:
- We will contact you to confirm your arrival time. You can send us the cards by mail or WhatsApp and we will check in online
RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS:
- During this period the cancellation conditions will be more flexible. They will have the option to change the dates or even cancel them with the return of the payment and deposit.
- Payments can be made through the website, bizum or bank transfer
- Reservations can be made over the phone, web or a booking platform
